Weight Loss Challenges are held quarterly. You’re a good fit for a weight loss challenge if you are looking for: accountability, general nutrition education, support from piers, and a fun time. It is a great way of putting yourself on the list! We teach meal prepping, grocery shopping field trips, what is a “legal” snack and most importantly how to have fun with food while being healthy, it’s about being creative not deprivation!
