Herbalife products are extremely versatile and can be used to make a variety of alternative healthy treats!

Mug Muffins

1 Egg

2 tblsp Milk (Any kind Ex: Fairlife, Almond etc.)

2 scoops Formula 1 Healthy Meal Mix (Any Flavor even Orange!)

1 scoop  Protein Drink Mix

Optional: 1 tblsp oats

Optional: A Couple Blueberries or Chocolate Chips

Directions:

Stir all ingredients well in a mug

Microwave for 2 minutes

Top with whatever you’d like! Some of our favorites include Cinnamon, Whipped Cream, Greek Yogurt or Almond Butter!

 

Herbalife Pancakes

Same ingredients as the Mug Muffin just cook the mixture as you would regular pancake mix!

 

 

 

Herbalife Fudge

Half banana mashed ⁣⁣

2 scoops Formula 1 Banana Caramel⁣⁣

1 scoop Rebuild Strength (could use F1 Dutch Chocolate)⁣⁣

1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder⁣⁣

4 tbsp soymilk (or almond milk) ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Directions:

Mix all ingredients into a bowl until thick and smooth.

Spray Pam or coconut spray into small pan and spread wet fudge.

Place in freezer for 1-1.5 hours. (Do a half hour if you want it to be like an ice cream dessert!)⁣⁣

 

Protein Bites (3 are considered a “Snack” for those of you on meal plans)

1 Cup Formula 1 Healthy Meal Mix (Your choice of Flavor)

1 Cup Oats

1/2 Cup Peanut Butter

1/2 Cup Honey

Directions:

Stir All Ingredients

Roll into bite size pieces & Enjoy!

Store in refrigerator!

Herbalife ‘Resees Peanut Butter Cups’

2 Tablespoons Natural Peanut Butter

2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil

2-3 scoops Rebuild OR Chocolate Protein Drink Mix

Directions:

Mix together Peanut Butter & Coconut Oil

Heat Mixture in Microwave for about 1 minute

Stir in Rebuild or Protein Drink Mix

Pour into Liners and Freeze. Enjoy!

 

Pudding Pies

6 scoops Formula 1 Healthy Meal Mix

3 scoops Protein Drink Mix

2.5 cups of Milk

1 Package Flavored Instant Pudding (We Use Sugar Free!)

Directions:

Use a Blender to blend Ingredients, Pour into your choice of cups or a pie crust, then refrigerate!

 

Herbalife Energy Jello Shots

8 servings (1/2 teaspoons) of Herbalife Tea (any flavor!)

8 capfuls of Herbalife Aloe (any flavor!)

1 package Sugar-Free Jello (your choice of flavor!)

Directions:

Make Jello as Instructed on box and add in the Tea & Aloe

Pour into 4 oz. containers and Refrigerate!

 

Herbalife Protein Donuts

1/4 cup Protein Drink Mix

1/2 Cup Oat Flour

2 tbsp Stevia

1/4 tsp Cinnamon

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

3 Egg Whites

1/4 cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt

1 tbsp unsweetened Almond Milk

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Icing Ingredients:

1 tbsp PDM

1 tbsp unsweetened Almond Milk

1 tsp Stevia

1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1/4 cup nonfat cream cheese

Directions:

Mix Donut Ingredients. Bake in a nonstick Donut Tray  at 350 Degrees for 8 minutes (Time May Vary). Mix icing ingredients, and add on while Donuts cool. Yields 6 Donuts.
